English Teacher
Pierre de Smidt is from South Africa. BA Social Studies 1986 University of Stellenbosch. PGCE University of Cape Town 1987. IMM Diploma Damelin College 1992.
He has been teaching English, Geography and History at High and Primary school level since 1990 in South Africa.
He was also involved in the private sector for some years in between.
He has also spent time teaching English in Taiwan.
This is his third year in Uzbekistan and it is an honour to work at TUIS.
His main goal in life and passion is to enrich the lives of other by making a positive contribution to their lives.
His hobbies are photography, golf and skydiving.
